Initial Caller Script

This page will take you through the process of answering the phones at Minella Law Group

"Thank you for calling Minella Law Group . My name is [Your Name], how may I help you?" [wait for reply]

 

For unknown services:

" I understand you're calling about [X], Our main focus is family law but I'd like to pass you back to one of our intake specialists so they can ask you a few questions just to ensure our attorneys wouldn't be able to help, would that be okay?"

[wait for reply]

if no, "no problem, thank you for calling" 

if yes, "Ok great, let me see who is available, please hold a moment --
[Cambria, Bridget or Karla] is ready for you, I'm going to transfer you now."

 

For known services: 

Ok [caller name] "Is this a new family law matter, or are you calling about an existing case?"

IF NEW 

"A new case, so our next step is to have you speak with one our intake specialists, they're going to ask you just a few questions to ensure they are no conflicts and see if our attorneys are a good fit for you, does that sound okay?"

[wait for reply]

if not okay: "we understand, please feel free to call us back if you'd like to speak with the team a later time"

"Great, let me see who is available to speak with you, please hold a moment."

"[Cambria, Bridget or Karla] is ready for you, I'm going to transfer you now. "

If Existing:

"Thank you for reaching out. To best direct your call, may I please have your full name and the name of the attorney handling your case?"

[wait for reply]

(If relevant): "I will transfer you to [Relevant Person]. Please hold."

(if resolvable): "Thank you again for calling. Have a good day."

 

For Free Consultation [speak to attorney]:

"Ok [caller name] so you're looking to speak with someone, Is this a new family law matter, or are you calling about an existing case?"

[wait for reply]

"A new matter, ok, our next step is to have you speak with one our dedicated intake specialists, they're going to ask you a few questions to ensure they are no conflicts and see if our attorneys are a good fit before speaking with you. Does that sound okay?"

[wait for reply]

if not okay: "we understand, our attorneys are only available to speak with you directly after a conflict check and review of your case needs. During this process we are unable to give legal advice and will look to schedule your consult with an attorney if you're a good fit. Would that work for you?"

if no again: "That's no problem. Please feel free to call us back if you'd like to speak with the team a later time"

"Great, let me see who is available to speak with you, please hold a moment."
