Lead Status, Lifecycle Stages and Lead Pipeline at MLG

This page outlines what the definitions are for each one the stages in the lifecycle stage and the lead pipeline in the Minella Law Group Hubspot portal.  

Lead Status:

  1. Open - Divorce Kit Downloads or Unknown Lead Status 
  2. In Progress - Leads currently being worked by the team at MLG 
  3. Open Deal - Not in use ❌
  4. Missed Appointment - Booked consults who do not pick up the phone 
    1. this status triggers automation 3 minutes after toggle to email the contact about their consultation 
  5. Attempted to Contact - Team at MLG has called or emailed and left message 
    1. this status triggers a 3 part automation - 24hrs, 72hrs and 7 days after the toggle the contact gets an email reminder to reach back out to the office for help 
  6. Connected - Current or Former Clients at MLG
  7. Unqualified - Not applicable to do business with MLG - reasons below
    1. No Money 
    2. Jurisdiction 
    3. Services No Longer Needed
    4. Unresponsive Lead
    5. Not Family Law
  8. Bad Timing - Unable to connect with lead or Service isn't needed 

 

Lifecycle Stages: 

  • Subscriber - Not in use ❌
  • Lead - Initial leads 
  • Marketing Qualified Lead - Leads that come from marketing efforts 
    • Paid Search 
    • Google Organic Search
    • Social Media
    • Direct Traffic 
  • Sales Qualified Lead - Leads that have engaged with multiple marketing materials or have been referred by a team member personally 
    • Referrals
    • DL divorce kit AND submit form 
  • Opportunity - Leads that are unqualified or have ghosted MLG
    • Stage for leads who did not convert (who were qualified) to be set after Closed Lost 
  • Customer - Current or former clients at MLG 
  • Evangelist - Repeat Clients 3x or more times 
  • Other - Any other notable stage not on the list 

 

Lead Pipeline: 

🌱Client & HS Pipeline - Hubspot and Historical Deals 

  • Current Hubspot form submits and where they are at in the MLG process 
  • Historical client deals closed from 2019 to today 

Stages of HS Pipeline 

  1. Attempted Contact
    1. Aligns with the Attempted to Contact Lead Status 
  2. Contacted
    1. Spoke to lead briefly but unable to set consult or know if a call back is needed
  3. Awaiting Callback 
    1. Lead will call the MLG office back 
  4. Consult Scheduled 
    1. Time and day set for consult with a team member at MLG
  5. Pending Decision 
    1. Spoke to lead, they are unsure if they are ready for the fee agreement for various reasons 
    2. Automation triggered after 45 days to of no activity to move into the Parking Lot/ Ghosted phase 
  6. Fee Agreement Sent 
    1. Lead had consult, understands the process and is ready to be sent the fee agreement for service 
  7. Paid Consult Won
    1. Paid 1 hour consult with team booked and paid for 
      1. Kathy - $650
      2. Liz - $495 
      3. Team - $395
  8. Deal Closed Won 
    1. Client paid and completed intake form in MyCase
  9. Deal Closed Lost 
    1. Lead is no longer viable and why 
  10. Parking Lot / Ghosted 
    1. Lead is not responsive for more than 5+ weeks

Stages of MyCase Pipeline 

  1. Lead 
    1. New lead has entered the system via a phone call or personal referral 
  2.  Contacted
    1. Spoke to lead briefly but unable to set consult or know if a call back is needed
  3. Awaiting Callback 
    1. Lead will call the MLG office back 
  4. Consult Scheduled 
    1. Time and day set for consult with a team member at MLG
  5. Pending Decision
